OMG...why now? You make it through those teen years and think you're home free except for the occassional hormonal pop up only to find that you're starting to become a pot face adult. WTW???
Time to take a life check. What is going on? While there can be several factors that can cause breakouts, stress is one that you can manage. Reduce you stress and reduce those breakouts.
You might be saying to yourself, oh you a scientist now? LOL Nope of course not but the National Center for Biotechnology Information studies have shown that the cells which produce sebum contain receptors for stress hormones. Increased stress, increases sebum production, increased sebum production creates a pore environment of dead skin cells, debris, and bacteria, clogging the hair follicles, resulting in pimples.
Okay, enough about the science, you get the picture. So unless you can magically wake up and say, "Universe, I demand no stress today." And, the Universe is like the genie in bottle, "your wish is my command," you will likely experience some serious stress ON THE DAILY!!!!
BUT....If you add DAILY exercise you will reduce those untimely breakouts. Exercise is like meditation in motion. It gets those "feel good"
neurotransmitters called endorphins, dancing. Before you know it that mornings or days irritations begin to fade away

Start doing that on the daily, focus improves, energy increases and here comes more optimism. You're able to actually process situations better and when that co-worker pisses you off you find you remain calm and clear and able to shrug it off.
Want more confidence? Yep, daily exercise is your friend here too. You start to feel better, look better, establishing a routine brings about that sense of accomplishment too.
The bottomline girl is something so simple as morning or evening brisk walks, or 45 minutes on a treadmill or maybe a Zumba or fitness class daily will ease your stress levels and give you a sense of command over your body and life.
AND YEP..... reduce those unsightly breakouts.
So, get moving ladies. Comment below if you're interested in a #bombskinfromwithin private group where we can come together and support one another on a journey to better health.
Until next time,
