
Mango Salsa

There's something about Mango Salsa that just takes me back to my childhood. This recipe here is perfect. All you are a few ingredients to throw it together, and with just a few minutes of prep work chopping everything up and tossing it together this fresh salsa is ready to go.
- 1 Mango (peeled & cubed)
- 1/4 c. Red Bell Pepper (finely chopped)
- 1/2 Red Onion (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp. Fresh Cilantro (roughly chopped)
- 1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp. Lime Juice
- dash Cummin (to taste)
- dash Red Pepper Flakes (to taste)

In a medium bowl, mix mango, red bell pepper, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and lemon juice, cummin, red pepper flakes. Allow to chill at least 30 minutes before serving.
