SHIPPING AND ORDER PROCESSES

1 WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders are shipped 5-7 business days from the date the order is placed. Orders placed after 5pm EST are considered received on the next business day. We ship Monday-Friday during postal business hours.

During the Holiday Season, Thanksgiving Day through January 15th, shipping time may be up to 14 business days.
2HOW WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders ship via United States Postal Service.
3DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES?
.Yes, we do ship to P.O. Boxes.
4DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
Free shipping is offered on orders $100 and up. Free shipping is also available on any of our products and boxes that are ordered on a monthly subscription basis. Free shipping is not available on international orders. .
5CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Prior to receipt of the order processing confirmation email, you may log into your account and cancel an order. Once an order has begun processing, we're unable to cancel an order.
6WHEN IS MY ORDER PROCESSED?
Orders are processed in the order they are received. If subsequent orders are placed while previous orders are in process, it is not guaranteed they will ship together.
7DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes. We currently in the US, Virgin Islands, Canada and the European Union. We are expanding so please email [email protected] to see if shipping to your country is available.
8IS MY ORDER INSURED?
First Class Shipping rates DO NOT include shipping insurance. Should your order get lost or damaged in transit, we are not responsible for replacement costs. The priority shipping rate includes $50 insurance.
9MY ORDER IS LOST OR DAMAGED. WHAT DO I DO?
Applicable for Priority Shipping Only: If you feel your order is lost and you've received your shipping confirmation, have your tracking number handy and go to www.usps.com/help/missing and follow the instructions to locate or if needed, file a lost claim.

If your order arrives damaged or contents are missing, go to www.usps.com/help/claims and file a claim. You will need proof of insurance and the value of the contents, both of which are included in your confirmation order email. If you've misplaced it, please email us at [email protected] and we will forward another copy. Please include your name, shipping address and order contents.
 

PAYMENT METHODS

1ACCEPTABLE PAYMENT TYPES
We happily accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.
2BEAUTY REWARD POINTS
Redeem available rewards at checkout on non subscription products and programs. Redemption is limited to no more than 30% of the cart total excluding tax and shipping.
3ELECTRONIC GIFT CARD
Redeem your Marla Rene Gift Card at checkout toward your cart total, excluding tax and shipping. Once the gift card is chosen the total balance is applied toward the purchase. Partial gift card redemption is not an option.
 

SUBSCRIPTION BOX

1HOW IT WORKS
Subscriptions are a convenient and economical way to ensure you have the products you need each month. Choose a product or box on subscription and you will be set up on automatic shipping and billing on a month to month basis. Payments are made upon order which will also be the renewal day.
2SUBSCRIPTION STATUS
You can check on your program status by logging into your account dashboard and selecting "Subscription” from the menu on the left.
3DO YOU CHARGE SHIPPING?
There are no shipping fees on your subscription service.
4HOW DO I CANCEL?
While we'll hate to see you go. You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account dashboard and selecting “Subscription” from the menu on the left. Click the link that says “cancel”

You must cancel prior to your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month’s box.

If you find your skin misses us, you can resubscribe at anytime from your account dashboard.
5HOW ARE RECURRING PAYMENTS PROCESSED?
The product subscription plan consists of an initial charge which is then followed by monthly recurring charges. You will automatically be charged each month for your ongoing subscription until you activate a cancel request from your account portal. We use a third party payment service in lieu of directly processing your credit card information. The scheduled day for payment is the 25th of the month. Please note that the 3rd party terms and conditions states that the charge may be taken 1-2 days prior or 1-2 days post of the payment date. Your credit card information is stored and processed by a third party payment service provider who encrypts your information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) are not stored on our servers.
6WHEN WILL MY SUBSCRIPTION ARRIVE?
Subscriptions follow the same processing time os non subscription products. Please see "When will my order ship?"
7CAN I CHANGE MY PAYMENT DATE?
At this time we do not offer variable due dates.
8MY BEAUTY REWARDS POINTS WON'T APPLY
Beauty Rewards are restricted from redemption on subscription products and programs. However, you will earn Beauty Rewards each month for your subscription that are redeemable on non-subscription products and programs
9DO I EARN BEAUTY REWARDS?
Yes, you will earn Beauty Rewards each month for your subscription as long as it is active. Points are redeemable on non-subscription product and program purchases.
10MY NON SUBSCRIPTION PRODUCT IS REMOVED FROM MY CART AT CHECKOUT
Due to payment processing for recurring billing, items not on a subscription program must be purchased separately.
