Refund policy

Prior to receipt of the order processing confirmation email, you may log into your account and cancel an order. Once an order has begun processing a request for store credit to hello@marlarene.com within 7 calendar days of the order. Please include your order number. The credit will be emailed in the form of a discount code in the amount of the products and shipping. Discount code cannot be used on subscription products. The code will expire six (6) months from date of issue.

Once 7 calendar days from the date of order has passed, or the order has shipped, the sale is final. No refunds, returns or exchanges. 

A refund for consultations may be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Please email consult@marlarene.com and include your order number.
